Is Zena Play really free?
Yes, completely. All games are free demos and there is no purchase necessary at any point.
What are virtual credits?
Virtual credits are in-demo tokens with no real-world value. They exist only to let the reels spin and cannot be bought, sold or cashed out.
Can I withdraw or win money?
No. Zena Play is a social casino for entertainment only. There is no real-money play and nothing to withdraw.
A game will not load — what should I do?
Refresh the page, check your internet connection, and make sure your browser is up to date. Demos load from a third-party provider, so a slow network can delay them.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can launch demos as a guest. Registration is optional and simply stores a display name in your browser.
How do I reset my display name?
Log out from the header or drawer to clear your saved name, then register again with a new one whenever you like.
