Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
Zena Play respects your privacy. Because our Service is a free social casino with no payments, we deliberately handle as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we collect and the rights you have under the GDPR.
1. Data we handle
- Display name: if you register, the name you choose is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage). It is not transmitted to us.
- Contact details: if you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide so we can reply.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as browser type) that our hosting provider may record for security and reliability.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information (there are no payments), we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use invasive tracking. We do not detect your location, IP-based identity or device fingerprint for profiling.
3. How we use data
We use the limited data above only to operate the Service, respond to your enquiries, and keep the platform secure. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
4. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only where strictly necessary to run the Service (for example, our hosting provider) or where required by law.
5. Data retention
Your locally stored display name remains in your browser until you clear it (log out or clear browser storage). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
